“ Good service and a nice ambiance. Be sure to come before or after the lunch rush if you are trying to dine in , if not I recommend to call in an order to go. But the sushi is so flavorful and I don't feel as guilty as it is a nice light lunch. Also they do not skimp out on the drink refills so you get your moneys worth paying the extra few dollars. They staff here are very nice and helpful when it comes to any questions on the menu. I recommend coming here if you are looking for an inexpensive date. ”

“ Toshiko nails it with every dish! Over the years we have tried cooked rolls, sushi, ramen, poke, yakisoba, udon, cucumber salad, teriyaki chicken and all have been more than satisfying. The "build a ramen" option is a nice way to customize your ramen and includes vegan ingredients. Our favorite is their tonkotsu broth. Their crunchy California roll is also a family favorite, with its perfectly battered tempura offering the most satisfying crunch! Service is consistently helpful and friendly. Restaurant is small but we have never had an issue finding seating. Ambiance is casual and clean. Parking is metered and can be limited Monday-Friday. Don't let the downtown location scare you away; we have never had an issue with safety. ”
